These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph887 ("ph887", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the ph887 website at ph887.club and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein.

By registering an account with ph887, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on ph887.club, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of ph887 and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

The following terms, when used in these Terms with capitalised initials, carry the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means a registered ph887 user account created and maintained in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
• "Balance" means the aggregate sum of real-money funds held in a Player's ph887 wallet at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. ph887 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and may suspend or close your account pending receipt of satisfactory documentation.

To participate in Real Money Play on ph887, you must register a single Account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing KYC compliance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on ph887. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or household — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.

• KYC Verification: ph887 requires KYC verification before processing any withdrawal from your Account. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (such as a passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS, or PhilSys national ID) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
• KYC Timing: ph887 recommends completing KYC verification promptly after account registration to avoid delays in withdrawal processing. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in temporary hold of funds pending verification.
• Information Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Notify ph887 support promptly of any change to your registered mobile number or personal details. ph887 accepts no liability for failed communications resulting from outdated account information.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Allowing another person to access your Account, or accessing an Account registered to another person, is a breach of these Terms regardless of the relationship between the parties.
• You must ensure your registered mobile number remains active and under your exclusive control, as it serves as the primary recovery channel for your ph887 Account.
• ph887 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. If you receive a request purporting to be from ph887 asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to ph887 support immediately.
• You agree to notify ph887 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, loss or theft of your registered mobile device, or any compromise of your login credentials.
• ph887 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure, subject to applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.

All financial transactions on ph887 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the ph887 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Anti-Money Laundering: ph887 is required to comply with applicable AML legislation. ph887 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal requests. Funds may be held pending satisfactory AML review.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive (no login and no transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. ph887 may charge an administrative maintenance fee on dormant accounts as notified at the time of account dormancy classification.
• ph887 does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees on the payment methods listed above. Your payment provider's own fees, if any, are outside ph887's control and are your responsibility.

ph887 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. The following general terms apply to all ph887 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings become withdrawable. Unless otherwise specified, live baccarat tie bets and certain other game types may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment calculations.

• Bonus Abuse: ph887 actively monitors for evidence of bonus abuse, including coordinated betting patterns, use of promotional accounts primarily for bonus harvesting, and exploitation of software or system errors. Any account found to engage in bonus abuse will be permanently closed and all balances — including real-money balances — may be forfeited if they derive primarily from bonus abuse activity.

All bets placed on ph887 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published in the respective game interface or help section:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the ph887 system. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified after acceptance.
• ph887 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds or on a game event that was determined or in progress at the time of placement — and to return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per round, and per account tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and are subject to change.
• If a Game or session is interrupted due to a technical failure before a result is determined, ph887 will attempt to restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on a Player's device and ph887's server-side records, ph887's server-side records shall be definitive.
• ph887 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all applicable Games. Live dealer games use physical equipment streamed from licensed studio environments. All game outcomes are independently audited for fairness.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on ph887. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one ph887 Account, including under a different name, mobile number, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or KYC documentation.
• Using the ph887 platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human mechanism to place or manage bets.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play in multiplayer games to manipulate outcomes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph887 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access ph887 from a jurisdiction where your use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your Account.

All content on ph887.club — including but not limited to the ph887 brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, graphics, text, software, and any other materials — is either owned by ph887 or licensed to ph887 by its content and technology providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph887.club solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ph887 content without express written consent.
• Use ph887's brand name, logo, or any platform content for commercial purposes, in advertising, or in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation with ph887.

Any unauthorised use of ph887's intellectual property may constitute infringement under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

ph887 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ph887, you consent to ph887's data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ph887 collects personal data including identity information, contact details, payment information, game and transaction history, and device and usage data. This data is used to operate and improve the Platform, verify player identity, process financial transactions, comply with legal obligations, and deliver targeted communications where consented.

ph887 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, game content providers, and fraud detection services — under appropriate data processing agreements.

ph887 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. These Terms incorporate ph887's Responsible Gaming Policy. By using ph887, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph887's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• ph887 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph887 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
• ph887 is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill arising from Platform unavailability, technical failure, or Game interruption, except where such loss results directly from ph887's own gross negligence or fraud.
• ph887 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from compromised account credentials, use of the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction, or breaches of the eligibility requirements in Section 3.
• ph887's total aggregate liability to you in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the lower of (a) the total amount deposited by you in that period, or (b) ₱500,000, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence by ph887.

ph887 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph887 will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered on their Account, or by prominent notice on ph887.club, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ph887 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of ph887 and close your account before the amendment's effective date. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the pre-amendment Terms, subject to KYC requirements.

These Terms and all matters relating to your use of ph887 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph887 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. You may contact ph887 through the support channels described in Section 16.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
